Ellis McWilton - Director 

Having held a number of successful roles in both agency settings and working in-house for some of the world's biggest tech brands, Ellis was keen to kick on and leave his own stamp on the world of recruitment and Connect Digital Recruitment was born! 

Outside of work Ellis is an avid football player and fan, getting up to see Man United as often as he can. When not watching football, you'll find Ellis on the banks fishing for carp. 

Oscar - Head of Barketing/ Lead Generator

Joining us from the sunny shores of Spain, Oscar had it 'ruff' growing up but always maintained a 'paws-itive' outlook and has found a new 'leash' of life here as our beloved office dog.

Oscar has a loving and bouncy nature and will always look to help out in any way he can, but don't worry, he won't 'hound' you on the phone! (Fur-give us for the puns!)
